Environmental filmmakers Alex (BA’08) and Tyler Mifflin, known as the “Water Brothers,” are off to the BLUE Ocean Film Festival in Monte Carlo.

The siblings are nominated for Best Broadcast TV Program for their work on “Underwater Highways” (S3E2).

BLUE is a leading authority on ocean film-making, and creator of the most prestigious ocean-based environmental film awards program.

“We’re thrilled to be recognized by our international peers for our efforts in using film as a means of educating viewers about vital environmental issues,” says Alex.

Winners will be announced at the festival awards ceremony in Monaco on Nov. 9, 2015.

Season four of The Water Brothers is currently in production.
