Event Details

The Black and Gold Club invites alumni to a courtside reception during the Dalhousie Women’s Basketball game against Laval during Dalhousie’s Homecoming Weekend. This game is part of the Subway Centennial Women’s Basketball Tournament.

The Centennial Tournament was founded in 1985 to help enhance the calibre of intercollegiate women’s basketball in Nova Scotia on the 100th anniversary of the first female graduate from Dalhousie University. The tournament returns for its 30th season, October 17-19, 2014.

Friday, October 17

Game 1: Laval vs. York, 6 p.m.
Game 2: Dal vs. UBC-Okanagan, 8 p.m.

Saturday, October 18

Game 3: York vs. UBC-Okanagan, 6 p.m.
Game 4: Laval vs. Dal with Black and Gold reception, 8 p.m.

Sunday, October 19

Game 3: UBC-Okanagan vs. Laval, 11 a.m.
Game 4: York vs. Dal, 1 p.m.
