Smith named deputy director of prosecution
Denise Smith (BA’86) is the new deputy director of the Nova Scotia Public Prosecution Service. Smith has been a provincial Crown attorney for 23 years, and Halifax’s chief Crown attorney for six years.
Smith, who also holds a law degree from U of T, will replace previous deputy director Adrian Reid when he retires this spring.
