Prentice named PC leader after landslide win
Law alumnus Jim Prentice (LLB’80), Q.C., was named leader of Alberta’s Progressive Conservative party on September 6. He is now premier-designate of the province.
Prentice won in a landslide victory, earning 17,963 (roughly 76%) of votes on the first ballot.
