Iain MacNeil (BMus’13) is looking ahead to a future in opera singing. His passion for the genre was cemented by internships in Italy and Austria, where he connected with opera greats like Placido Domingo and Cecilia Bartoli.

MacNeil, a recent graduate of Dalhousie’s Department of Music, will compete in the second round of the Metropolitan Opera National Council Auditions (NCA) in February.
