Lukas Pearse (BMus’03) and Mike Ritchie (BMus’05) are among the winners at this year’s Atlantic Film Festival.

The team of Dal Music graduates won Best Atlantic Original Score for their work on North Mountain. The prize includes $500 in cash and $5,000 in services.

North Mountain is an action/thriller about a mysterious woodsman and a young Métis hunter who meet by chance, then work together to take down an army of crooked cops.

The film was produced by another Dalhousie alum in Kevin Kincaid (BA’05), who studied theatre.
