A federal contract for the national shipbuilding procurement process worth up to five million dollars has been awarded to the law firm McInnes Cooper.

McInnes Cooper will provide third-party expert negotiation advice and services in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Ontario and Quebec.

The firm’s CEO & managing partner Ray Adlington (BSc’92, LLB’96) explains that the shipbuilding project will be “transformative” for the local community, and that the firm is proud of the role it will play.

The legal negotiation team will be led by Bob Belliveau (LLB’70).
