Dr. Paula MacPherson (DDS’08) is one step closer to a $100,000 payday.

She is shortlisted for the Business Development Bank of Canada’s Young Entrepreneur Award. The prize money will allow MacPherson to expand Southgate Dentistry, the practice she founded in 2011.

MacPherson is the only Nova Scotian remaining in the national competition.

Voting for the Young Entrepreneur Award closes on June 12. The public can vote once daily until the contest closes.
