Dalhousie alumnus, Charles Cirtwill (BA’90, LLB’93, MPA’96) and president of the Atlantic Institute for Market Studies will be leaving Nova Scotia to start a new position with the Ontario government. He will help launch the new Northern Policy Institute created to bolster the economy and voice of the region, based in Thunder Bay. Cirtwill has been with AIMS for 12 years and president since 2009.
