Do you work with older adults who struggle with balance and mobility problems? In this six-week, online, non-credit course, participants will learn current techniques in progressive exercise and how to customize programs for individual clients.

Compare and contrast progressive exercise for muscle strength, muscle power, balance, and functional mobility, and learn how to improve the health and function of older adults, including those with complex health conditions. Examine client-centered delivery models that can be used effectively in acute care, home-care, long-term care, and community settings.

This course is ideal for physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and kinesiologists.
