The Dalhousie Alumni Association (DAA) is now in the third year of its Alumni Spotlight column. The column features interviews with Dal alumni for the benefit of current Dalhousie students. The column is published in our Alumni Spotlight. The goals of this project are to:

  • Enhance the connection between alumni and current students
  • Show students what they can do with their Dal degrees after graduation
  • Provide practical advice for maximizing academic, social, and professional opportunities while at Dalhousie

For you as a volunteer, the Alumni Spotlight is an opportunity to share your experiences and wisdom with Dalhousie students. And, if you prefer not to do the talking, you can do the interviewing and writing; we’re looking for volunteer writers too. We aim to feature alumni of varying careers and locations.

If you or someone you know would like to volunteer to be interviewed or write a submission for Alumni Spotlight, please contact Bill Chernin, Associate Director of Volunteerism, at volunteer@dal.ca
