Drs. Walter Mackenzie and Thomas "Jock" Murray

The late Dr. Walter Mackenzie (BSc’29, MD’33, LLD’66) and Dr. Thomas John (Jock) Murray (MD’63, LLD’13) were inducted to the Canadian Medical Hall of Fame on April 24.

Mackenzie is widely considered one of the great Canadian builders of academic medicine. Murray, a former Dalhousie Dean of Medicine, is a world leader in Multiple Sclerosis and neurological research.
