Since 1871, the Dalhousie Alumni Association (DAA) has proudly represented Dal’s growing alumni population. DAA board members form a worldwide community network who work to build relationships and connections between alumni and their alma mater for a stronger Dalhousie.

As of February 2020, the Dalhousie Alumni Association is currently seeking applications to join as a new Board member. Please review the DAA Board Notice for New Positions for details on how to apply if you are interested in a volunteer opportunity with the Board. Send your application to volunteer@dal.ca and please get in touch if you have any questions.

For over a century, the Women’s Division of the DAA has made a difference in the lives of students while bringing together alumnae. The Women’s Division advocates on behalf of Dal’s female students and strives to enhance all student experience by supporting student scholarships, raising funds to upgrade and improve Shirreff Hall and contributing to other community-related initiatives.

Each year, the Women’s Division plans a Student Musicale, hosts an annual luncheon and supports the White Ribbon Campaign at Dalhousie. Join this dynamic group of over 200 alumnae to help support today’s female students.
