Jonathan J. Cohn has been elevated to the AIA prestigious College of Fellows

Jonathan J. Cohn (BArch’84) has been elevated to the American Institute of Architect’s prestigious College of Fellows, which recognizes architects who have achieved a standard of excellence in the profession and made significant contributions to architecture and society.

Don published his second book, Architect

Don Lohnes (BArch’71) has recently published his second book, a novel titled “Architect”. It takes place primarily in Nova Scotia and involves friendship, a family tragedy, construction, schools, the practice of architecture, marriage, family, a court case and an attempted murder.

Alumna says her Dal degree helped propel her education

After attending Dalhousie, Michelle Rippon (BED’66) went on to complete MA and JD degrees in North Carolina, finding that her studies at Dal put her ahead of the curve. Last year, Michelle celebrated her 55-year Dal graduation anniversary.

Frank is grateful for his team at Frank Hilbich Architect Inc.

Like many events that had to be delayed because of COVID, Frank Hilbich (MARCH’91) and his team, at Frank Hilbich Architect Inc., were going to throw a party in the fall of 2020 to celebrate 10 years of successful practice and also show off their new office space that they had just moved into after renovating it themselves.
