Major General Patrick Cammaert (Ret’d)
Since his retirement from the Royal Netherland Marine Corps in 2007, Major General Patrick Cammaert (Ret’d) has been a leading advocate on issues of leadership in crisis circumstances, peacekeeping, and the protection of civilians. He’s participated in UN missions in Lebanon, Sudan, Haiti, Liberia, DRC, and Chad and led the UN Board of Inquiry for the violence in South Sudan in 2016. Join us as he addresses the realities of contemporary peacekeeping, and explores the way ahead. Q&A to follow.
