Event Details

The Vancouver Alumni Chapter thought a gathering in the long dark days of November would be just the thing to start your long weekend. An evening of fresh beer, local wine and delicious food to keep you warm in this rainy month of November is the answer.

This year we are at Big Rock Urban (310 4th Ave, West). Only 3 blocks south west from the Olympic Village Station, on the Canada Line. There is also free public parking in the surrounding area and paid parking across the street for a flat fee of $6.

Two pints house draft or two 6 oz glasses of wine
One of three appetizers:
1. Small charcuterie platter
2. Three housemade meat balls
3. Fried olives
8 oz BBQ lobster tail with melted butter, no shell cracking required
One of five side dishes:
1. Poutine
2. Caesar salad
3. Shoe-string fries
4. Carrot jalapeno slaw
5. Off-menu (made just for us) potato salad

Tickets

Tickets are available for purchase online. Guests are asked to indicate their preferred appetizer and side dish when registering.

Please feel free to bring friends and spread the word about the event. Tickets must be purchased by Tuesday, Nov. 8.
