Sara Austin (BA'98)Join fellow alumna Sara Austin (BA’98), recipient of the 2015 Christopher J. Coulter alumni award and Dal Alumni Association board member, for a panel discussion in Ottawa about the wellbeing of children in Canada.

The event is hosted by Children First Canada and the Economic Club of Canada and the panel will feature Sara L. Austin (BA’98), Founder, President and CEO of Children First Canada alongside the Prime Minister’s Youth Council Member Ashley Whiteman, The Honourable Landon Pearson O.C., and Ted Woodhead, Senior Vice President, Federal Government and Regulatory Affairs at TELUS. Canada is the fifth most prosperous nation in the world, but Canadian kids aren’t reaping the benefits. We rank 17th globally for the wellbeing of children, and drop to 27th place for child health and safety. We can and must do better: Canada’s future depends on it.
