Join fellow alumni and friends in Halifax for an evening of great company, conversation and refreshments as we welcome Dalhousie’s 12th president, Dr. Deep Saini.

Dr. Saini begins his Presidency in January and is eager to connect with alumni to learn from your experiences as a member of the Dal community. Together, Dr. Saini looks forward to strengthening our community impact while pushing the boundaries of global knowledge and innovation.

A renowned plant scientist who grew up in India, Dr. Saini was educated in Australia and has worked at four of Canada’s leading research universities. He is a respected post-secondary leader, educational visionary and distinguished scientist.
