Cindy Jensen is the Founder and CEO of INPOWER ONE, a consulting firm with a focus in Strategy Development, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development. She is based in Beijing, China and works extensively throughout Asia Pacific.

Cindy spent her corporate years working with Frito-Lay, a division of PepsiCo, as part of the senior leadership team working over a span of 10 years in multiple functions including human resources, sales and operations and trade marketing. She later joined TELUS Mobility as National Account Manager overseeing the company’s two largest retail corporate accounts.

She has been living in China for over 18 years and has been representing Dalhousie as the Dal Rep for the Beijing alumni community since 2009.

Cindy is a very active member of the community. She served on the Canada Board of Educating Girls of Rural China (EGRC), a charity dedicated to helping young women from rural areas of Western China obtain an education.

She was recently appointed as Corporate Strategy Advisor to Business for a Better Society, a non-profit NGO with a focus on women in business from impoverished regions throughout Asia and Africa.

Additionally, she is on the executive of VIVA, a professional women’s networking organization. Cindy was also the former Chair and Board Director of Canada China Business Council (CCBC) Beijing Chapter
