Jim was a Dalhousie sessional faculty member from 2006-2009 and a Limited Term Appointment (LTA) 2009-2018 in the Faculty of Management teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in accounting and finance.

Jim Stewart named 2021 recipient of Lieutenant-Governor’s Medal for Excellence in Public Administration
James (Jim) Stewart (BA’79, MPA’81) was named the 2021 recipient of the Lieutenant-Governor’s Medal for Excellence in Public Administration. The medal is awarded annually to a person in public administration who exhibits the highest standard of excellence, dedication and accomplishment.
Jesse Albiston works on robotics and cloud projects
Jesse Albiston (BComm’14) is the co-founder of Bitstrapped, an MLOps provider. Jesse is also working on vision intelligence, data pipelines and Google Cloud infrastructure for Spot, the robot dog from Boston Dynamics.
