The Dal Alumni Link pairs emerging professionals with established Dal alumni mentors to facilitate meaningful connections.

Dal Alumni Link is a virtual one-to-one mentoring program designed to cultivate mentorship opportunities for our Dal alumni. Regardless of physical location, mentors can be matched to mentees all across the globe. You're invited to volunteer as a mentor or sign up to benefit as a mentee.

Mentorship designed with you in mind

Whether you are an established alum with experience and guidance to offer as a mentor, or a learning professional who is just starting or changing your career, this mentorship program has something for you.

How it works

Alumni mentors and mentees sign up on our mentorship platform. You'll be asked a series of questions related to your areas of interest, skill set and goals.

Matches are then made based on your answers. This enables meaningful connections specific to professional experience and interests, rather than an area of academic study.

Time commitment

Designed to maximize efficiency and impact, the program offers 3 annual sessions – fall, spring and winter. With a 4-month commitment, you can participate without overwhelming your schedule.

Mentors and mentees will connect for about 5 hours over the session. However, meeting needs may vary, so we suggest an open conversation about your time availability in your first meeting.
