This year’s Canadian Lawyer list of Canada’s Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers includes a distinguished Dalhousie alumnus. As one of only five corporate and commercial lawyers to make the list, Wayne Myles (BComm’77) stands out for his expertise in the areas of merger and acquisitions and debt financing.

Myles practices law in Atlantic Canada as counsel for Cox & Palmer, where his associates commend him for a high level of experience and leadership. Having recently overseen the multi-billion dollar sale of Barbados-based Columbus International Inc. to UK-based Cable & Wireless PLC, Myles’ influence extends to a global scale.
