Mather Carscallen (BSc’09) is working to establish partnerships around the world to bring his company’s technology to market.

Mather Carscallen (BSc (Marine Biology, Mathematics)’09) is president and CEO of SabrTech Inc. The Halifax-based company produces algae technology solutions for various industries.

Carscallen, a current Dalhousie PhD student in computational ecology, has seen the company grow significantly since its founding in 2008. Now, the 28-year-old entrepreneur has plans to expand into producing bioproducts on a global scale.
