Dalhousie professor and author Malcolm MacLeod (BA’58) has published his memoir, capturing the ups and downs in A Halifax Boyhood.
The memoir takes a multi-faceted look at life in Halifax during the 1940s and ’50s. He recalls living among the “working poor,” and some of the racial and socio-economic inequalities of the time.
