A Dalhousie graduate is among the winners of the 2014 East Coast Literary Awards, presented by the Writers’ Federation of Nova Scotia. Don Domanski (BA’73) received the J.M. Abraham Poetry Award for Bite Down Little Whisper.

Fellow grad John DeMont (BA’80) was shortlisted for the Evelyn Richardson Award for his book, A Good Day’s Work.

Award winners received a $2,000 prize.
