A feature-length documentary on the story behind the 7 Virtues Beauty Inc., the Halifax perfume company that Barb Stegemann (BA’91), a mother of two, began five years ago, is in the works.

Perfume War will include interviews with farmers in Rwanda, Haiti, and Afghanistan as well as an interview with Trevor Greene, one of Stegemann’s best friends. His life-altering injury in Afghanistan started Stegemann on her journey. Award-winning film director Michael Melski is at the helm of the project.
