Halifax app developer Allan Lavell (BCSc’13) has partnered with The Glitch Mob, an internationally-known band from Los Angeles, to create an app centered around visual design.

Lavell is previously known for his app Glitch Wizard, which was downloaded 4,000 times in its first month on the iTunes store. He used this success to get in touch with The Glitch Mob.

On Jan. 19th, Lavell and The Glitch Mob released a new app called HYPERSPEKTIV through iTunes. The app will allow the user to apply effects in real time as video is being recorded on an iPhone.
