Event Details

The School of Physiotherapy’s 50th Anniversary Gala is a keystone event of the 50th Anniversary Weekend from October 2-5, 2015. Other weekend events include a Public Lecture and Meet & Greet (Friday), Continuing Education courses (Saturday), and School Tours (Sunday).

In addition to sharing great food, drink and memories with friends old and new, highlights of the night will include special guest speakers, visits with former faculty, and live music spanning all five decades provided by local classic rock band Jokers Right!

Take the 50 Years of Alumni Class Challenge!
In the spirit of friendly competition, we’re holding a competition among each graduation class to see which class has the largest percentage of graduates in attendance at the 50th Anniversary Gala.

Table seating at the event will be assigned in a tiered-manner by graduating class – the class with the highest percentage of graduates in attendance will be seated most favourably (nearest the stage), and so forth. Don’t be caught sitting in the back (even if that is where you were found in class!) – Contact your classmates and plan to attend!
