The annual Dal Tigers Dinner & Auction raises valuable funds for the varsity and competitive club programs at Dalhousie University.

Over $350,000 has been raised over the last eight years. Previous guests of honour include hockey legends Jean Beliveau, Lanny McDonald and Darryl Sittler, LPGA golfer Lorie Kane, AHL President and CEO David Andrews, and ‘Crazy Canuck’ skiier Steve Podborski.

This year’s event is on Thursday, May 8 and features 2007 Stanley Cup Champion Joe DiPenta as the guest of honour. SportsCentre correspondent Paul Hollingsworth will be the master of ceremonies.

Tickets are $90 each, or $850 for a table of 10. Each table of 10 includes an athlete or coach from the team of your choice.

Included in the ticket price is a cocktail reception, viewing of silent and live auction items, a three-course dinner and a tax receipt. Guests may direct support to specific teams, or choose to divide tickets among all teams.
