Erin Rand (BEng’99, BSc (Math)’99) has a passion for working with dynamic people and companies, helping them to work through inflection points in their growth. She puts this passion to work as chief operating officer of ServiceRocket, a global firm located in Palo Alto, Calif., that consults software companies in creating engaging relationships with their enterprise customers. In the community, she serves on the advisory board of TheCLUB, a non-profit accelerator of women leaders, and is a member of Hipower, a select group of women corporate leaders focused on accelerating each woman’s leadership role from professional success to wide-ranging significance. Rand is also a mentor/adviser to men and women at all levels of their career, from CEOs to college students, who are looking to elevate their path.

A native of Nova Scotia, Erin is an enthusiastic traveler and adventure seeker. Outside of the office you may find her scuba diving in deep waters, driving race cars at the track, or playing a mean poker hand in Vegas. She met her husband Ray Rand (BSc (Phys)’93) at Dalhousie in 1992. They now live in Los Gatos, Calif.

The Silicon Valley Business Journal (SVBJ) named Rand to its 2015 Women of Influence list.
