Charles Benaiah (MBA’93) is founder and CEO of watzan, a New York based tech start-up. A member of the ConnectNS network, he’s championing the promotion of Nova Scotia’s growing information and communications technology (ICT) sector and building a satellite development team in Halifax.

Benaiah recently spoke with ConnectNS, a group focused on connecting the province’s 300,000 global alumni to help build Nova Scotia’s future. He calls Dal his “Nova Scotia touchstone” and talks about being an entrepreneur, the importance of the application of big data, and stopping for squirrels.
